We will send confirmation for any requests for delivery once we have received your order.


Whilst we try to be as close to specified times as possible, delivery times may vary due to traffic.


We always require at least 48hrs notice for any graze order.

Bookings/Deposit

Graze and Garnish are a small business and grazing box orders are subject to availability. To secure your booking we require full payment upon ordering. This is payable on this website or arranged via bank transfer or PayPal.

Ordering of Grazing tables; a non refundable deposit of £25 is required upon booking, with the further amount due 7 days before the event.

Grazing table props are subject to a £15 deposit payable with the final amount. This is refundable if the items are returned in full and in usable condition. These items will be collected at a pre arranged time/day up to 48 hours after the event.

Cancellations

Cancellations and rescheduling of pre ordered grazing boxes are allowed no less than 72 hours beforehand. Any cancellations/reschedules made to under 72 hours before are non refundable and no rescheduling is available.

Grazing table rescheduling is available up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations of grazing tables can be made up to 7 days prior to the event. Where full payment has been made within the 7 days prior, and cancellation occurs, a 50% refund will be honoured. Where cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the event, no refund will be honoured and full payment will be taken.

If a Grazing Table venue is deemed, at out discretion, unfit for purpose, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of our service to you. In the event of this no refund will be honoured and full payment will be taken.

Dietary Requirements

All of our grazing tables and boxes are a mix of seasonal produce. From charcuterie, cheeses, dips, crackers, nuts, seasonal fresh fruit, dried fruits and olives.

The products we provide are subject to availability and what is in season.

It is your responsibility to inform us in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies and we will try and make every effort to cater accordingly.

All grazing boxes have allergen information on the outer of the box for your information. Ingredients can be listed if this is required. All Grazing tables come with listed allergens for each item.

All of our equipment and kitchen handles allergens including but not limited to, milk, gluten and nuts, on a daily basis, and we do not use separate equipment for specific allergens. Whilst we will make every effort to remove the allergen in question, cross contamination may occur. If no allergy or dietary restrictions are disclosed then Graze and Garnish disclaims any responsibility and is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from food allergies.

Food & Produce

Grazing boxes

Graze and Garnish grazing platter boxes that contain fresh produce requiring a chilled environment should be consumed within 24 hours, and refrigerated upon receipt. Any boxes of ambient produce such as our dessert boxes and movie boxes can be stored at an ambient temperature; dips may need refrigeration and will remain at their best for around 48 hours. Use by dates will be displayed on the base of your box. Once grazing boxes leave my premises you must store as advised. After which we will not be accountable for the freshness of the food.

Grazing Tables

Graze and Garnish recommend that all food should be consumed within 2-4 hours of set up. After which we will not be accountable for the freshness of the food. Graze and Garnish is not responsible for the disposal of food waste post event.

All of our fresh produce will be monitored and refrigerated in transit to your event. Fresh produce should be displayed in a cool dry environment for a maximum of 4 hours after which it is your responsibly to remove and dispose of.

Travel Charges

Graze and Garnish are based in Lincoln. Delivery is available within 6 miles of our address. Collection is during our time slots during the day. For those order Grazing Table set ups and live further afield, delivery is charged at 55p a mile for the return journey and will be provided with the original event quote.

Please not that for tables over 6 miles, and under 30 guests, may incur a travelling time charge to cover any costs incurred.

Parking

On-site parking is required for us to unload. So please let us know if this is not the case. Grazing boxes will not be bought inside properties, so if you live in an apartment or similar, you will be required to meet us at the entrance.

Grazing Table Service

Our grazing tables are self-service. Graze and Garnish will provide palm leaf plates and wooden cutlery as part of your experience for numbers over 50. Flowers, foliage and table props require a £25 refundable deposit.

Set ups not requiring flowers, foliage or table props will be prepared on parchment paper, with disposable pots if required ready to be disposed of post event.

Graze and Garnish recommend that all food should be consumed within 2-4 hours of set up. After which all food should be disposed on and we will not be accountable for the freshness of the food. Graze and Garnish is not responsible for the disposal of food waste post event.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the room or area where they require the platter to be placed is suitably cool. In higher temperatures food is likely to spoil and therefore the customer is responsible for ensuring that any room or area is sufficiently shaded, ventilated and cool. This includes the supply of fans or air ventilation systems should this be required. Graze and Garnish takes no responsibility in relation to the area or room in which we are required to place the platter and should the food spoil due to heat or other circumstances, including but not limited to weather, outside contamination or vermin, Graze and Garnish takes no responsibility or liability in this regard.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to cancel delivery of our service upon arrival should we judge the room or area to be unfit for set-up. See Cancellation policy.

We require between 30 minutes to 2 hours set up time. These arrangements can be confirmed through your booking depending on the volume of your event.

Unless stated on the booking any images we take during events may be used for marketing and branding purposes or posted on our social media accounts.

We are fully insured and are level 3 health and hygiene certified. Allergy trained. 5 star hygiene rated by our local council. Where alcohol is available as part of a package, temporary events notices have been approved for the dates in question.
