Our hybrid grazing buffet may be amended to allow for dietary requirements/allergies/seasonality.

2. "NEW" The Lincolnshire buffet @£14 per person

Capturing the best of Lincolnshire produce and tradition. Not available with gluten free or vegan

• Sandwiches on local bakery bread in the following fillings: Lincolnshire haslet, Ham and piccalilli, Lincolnshire cheddar and tomato, Egg Mayonnaise and cress

• Hand cooked crisps

• Pocklingtons Lincolnshire sausage rolls

• Lincolnshire cheese straws

• Local supplier apple and raisin chutney

• Lincolnshire plum bread and Lincolnshire mature cheddar

• Signature Brownies and fresh berries

3. "NEW" The Italian buffet @£16 per person

Using our homemade perfected focaccia, and homemade brownies with a twist. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for any dietary requirements on this buffet​

• Sandwiches of Prosciutto, mozzarella, pesto, tomatoes, rocket, Extra virgin olive oil and black pepper on homemade focaccia

• Sandwiches of Roasted peppers, ricotta cheese, pink pickled onion, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil and rocket on homemade focaccia

• Hand cooked crisps

• Marinated olives, pickles and tomatoes

• Charcuterie plate featuring salami, prosciutto, and mortadella ham
